The Experience

Setting up your session  First we can pick a date and time, get a little information from you, and go over locations.  Once that part is set we book your session with the session fee.  Next, lets go over clothing, portrait ideas, and even talk about what you wanna do with your portraits after your session!

Session Time
Sessions are typically up to one hour, can have multiple locations with indoor and outdoor options available.  Three outfits usually work great, however you can do more or less!  Session time should be fun and as relaxed as possible.  Be sure to have any clothing ironed, packed, and ready the day before your session.  This will help make sure you aren't stressing the day of trying to get everything ready to go!

The Reveal  Once your session is over it takes three to five business days to see your proofs.  The images from your session are carefully chosen and edited before you actually see them. Once your proofs are ready we will invite you back to the studio for an in person reveal followed by going over these images to pick out any favorites for prints, albums, or wall art for your home!  Once you place your portrait order, prints are back within three business days.

Be sure to check out the Buying Bonuses and Ways to Save on the Portrait Packages Page!

What is a Session
A session last one hour, sometimes a little shorter or a little longer.  You can have multiple outfits and locations, but remember travel time is part of your session time.

It is important to be on time to your appointment to make sure lighting is optimal, as well as other scheduled sessions might be after yours.  Time for you session does start as scheduled so don’t cut your session short by being late. Something that helps with this is having your clothing and accessories ready to go the day before your session!

How much is a Session?
The session fee is $89 and covers the time spent for your photo shoot, as well as the time spent editing and preparing your portraits..  This fee is due at the time of scheduling your session.  We accept cash, check, or card to lock in your session fee, payment can be made in person, or we can send you a secure link for credit card payments

Portrait packages and Items
We have portrait packages that range anywhere from $170 - $695.  Please give us a call or message to visit about seeing the full pricing booklet.  We also have specialty items like albums, invitations, announcements, and wall art.  Almost all of our products and items are ready for pickup within 3-4 business days. (Gallery Blocks and canvas are the exception as they take a little longer to make!)

Same Day Ordering
Once your session is completed we will sit down in the studio for your reveal, where you will be given a cinematic showcase of your portraits, followed by creating your custom order.   Please remember to have anyone involved in purchasing decisions present at this time.  Scheduling a second order appointment is possible for a $50 fee.

Digital Files and Copyright Policy for Portrait Sessions

Policies
One of our biggest goals is to deliver quality prints, albums, and wall art products you would proudly display in your home as well as make sure when you leave our studio, your project isn't just getting started!

Why is there a difference?  Well, professional print labs have more colors,  better printers, and better equipment.  Plus most professional print labs also use a luster coating on their prints that help protect the images from the elements of time.  After all, aren’t these portraits memories that should be protected over the years.

While we do not offer a disc, we do offer to post any images you purchase in a print on social media for you to share with your family and friends online, all we ask is for you not to re-edit or alter your images.   Want to share them all?  The easiest way would be with the purchase of one of our Albums or slider boxes!
